DASH is embedded directly in the SPOTIO mobile app and gives field reps the ability to prep for visits, log activity by voice, and draft follow-up messages through simple chat, voice, and photo interactions — without leaving the app or pulling over to type.

Unlike AI tools built for desk-based sales teams, DASH was designed for the realities of selling on the road: poor cell service, one-handed phone use, and the need to capture information between stops rather than at the end of the day. Every DASH action requires human confirmation before writing changes to SPOTIO, keeping reps in control and giving leaders confidence in their data.

DASH launches with four core capabilities:

• DASH IQ answers company and product questions from an organization's knowledge base, summarizes recent account activity, and provides in-app guidance — so reps walk into every visit prepared instead of scrambling for context.

• DASH Actions turns conversations into completed work. Reps tell DASH what happened and it creates records, schedules follow-ups, converts photos of business cards into structured data, and drafts personalized emails and texts — all presented for review before anything is sent or saved.

• DASH Go enables voice-driven workflows between stops. Reps speak to get account summaries, draft visit notes, and prep for their next appointment, then confirm with minimal taps when it's safe to do so.

• DASH Connect extends DASH beyond the SPOTIO app by linking to the LLM of a team's choice — such as Claude or ChatGPT — and to existing tools including CRMs through SPOTIO's integration layer.

SPOTIO's 2026 State of Field Sales Report found that one in three field sales teams has not adopted a single AI tool. Among those that have, adoption is concentrated in lightweight applications like email personalization and call recording, while higher-impact capabilities like lead scoring and predictive forecasting remain underused.
